Fred R. Schwenter
Chairman of the board of directors / Managing Partner

Fred has over 20 years of experience as executive and senior manager in human resources, information technology and operations in multinational and complex environments across different business segments, organizations and industries. Outside of Switzerland, he worked in Northern and Southern Europe, the Middle East, America and Canada as well as in Asia/Pacific for reorganization and start-up projects.

He has a proven international "end to end" expertise in change management for business, IT and HR transformation, project and sourcing initiatives. Digital IT and HR strategies as well as employee transformations (social plan, work and labor union, lay-off, workforce and career planning) are also part of his expertise.

He is specialized in development, implementation and management from local to global work time models, compensation systems, performance management and in the search and development of executives and specialists for global, regional and local functions.

 

PhD Martin Stadelmann
Member of the Board of Directors

Martin has over 20 years of experience as a consultant and manager in different consulting companies in Switzerland, Germany, Great Britain, and USA, where he was responsible for customers in financial services, telecommunications, information technology, industry and trade.

He has a proven CRM (Customer Relationship Management) expertise for marketing strategy, sales and pricing, customer service and customer intelligence. He is at home both in the conceptual design and in the IT-supported implementation of modern business models and business architectures. Digital transformations also belongs to his broad expertise and industry knowledge.

Amongst his board and consulting activities, he is lecturing at the ZHAW – School of Management and Law (CRM Master Programm) as well as at the University of St. Gallen (Bachelor Programm for General Management).

André Jolidon
Member of the Board of Directors

André has more than 25 years of experience as an executive and senior manager in human resources, HR consulting and talent management in national, complex environments across different industries.

He also worked for a global insurance company in human resources and founded, developed afterwards a people search firm he managed over fifteen years. He has experience in board functions and a solid human resources network in Switzerland as well as in the neighbouring countries.

He has a proven end to end expertise in the search and selection of senior managers and specialists mainly for industry, trade, insurance, banking, information technology and public administration. Also, he is experienced accompanying recruiting projects, working as HR interim and recruiting manager, handling people group or individual assessments and outplacements as well as in planning and implementing HR projects.
